Dance of Ecstasy & Silence
Let the Magician be centered in their immediate universe, armed with a Sacred Lance in their left hand, facing East, and starting in the Sign of Silence.
Drawing in a deep, deep breath, (then all in one motion as in a dance of exorcism) let the magician stamp the Sacred Lance on the ground, then exhale forcefully, exclaim, Φεῦγε πᾶς κακός δαίμων in the East, turning immediately to the North and again, Φεῦγε πᾶς κακός δαίμων, turning immediately to the West and again, Φεῦγε πᾶς κακός δαίμων, turning immediately to the South and again, Φεῦγε πᾶς κακός δαίμων, returning to the East and falling to the Sign of Silence.
Triangle of Refuge
Let the Magician then face the direction that places Boleskine behind them, holding the Sacred Lance in both hands.
Using the appropriate hand, to their left side, stamp the Sacred Lance and declare: HADIT! Return the Sacred Lance to a resting position in the center with both hands.
Using the appropriate hand, to their right side, stamp the Sacred Lance and declare: NU! Return the Sacred Lance to a resting position in the center with both hands.
Stamp the Sacred Lance, to their front side, and declare: RA-HOOR-KHUIT! Return the Sacred Lance to a resting position in the center with both hands.
With the Sacred Lance in the right hand, touch the forehead and say “Nu is my refuge,” then the heart and say “as Hadit my light,” then the left shoulder and right shoulder and say “and Ra-Hoor-Khuit is the strength, force, vigour, of my arms.” Return the Sacred Lance to a resting position in the center with both hands.
Citadel of the Winds
Let the Magician move to the North, raise the Sacred Lance, and call the North Wind while visualizing the north tower of the citadel forming in the storm clouds of the winter sky, and yell: Πρό mοῦ, ὀχύρωμα ἐκ Βορέας. Visualize the tower falling from the sky. Stamp the Sacred Lance as the visualization of the citadel slams into the ground.
See the winged, grey horses of Βορέας stand to protect the tower itself and declare loudly: Χαῖρε Βορέας.
Let the Magician move to the West, drawing the wall of the citadel along the perimeter of their immediate universe, raise the Sacred Lance, and call the West Wind while visualizing the west tower of the citadel forming in the pregnant rain clouds of the spring sky, and yell: Πρό mοῦ, ὀχύρωμα ἐκ Ζέφυρος. Visualize the tower falling from the sky. Stamp the Sacred Lance as the visualization of the citadel slams into the ground.
See the winged, white horses of Ζέφυρος stand to protect the tower itself and declare loudly: Χαῖρε Ζέφυρος.
Let the Magician move to the South, drawing the wall of the citadel along the perimeter of their immediate universe, raise the Sacred Lance, and call the South Wind while visualizing the south tower of the citadel forming in the boiling heated clouds of the summer sky, and yell: Πρό mοῦ, ὀχύρωμα ἐκ Νότος. Visualize the tower falling from the sky. Stamp the Sacred Lance as the visualization of the citadel slams into the ground.

Let the Magician move to the East, drawing the wall of the citadel along the perimeter of their immediate universe, raise the Sacred Lance, and call the East Wind while visualizing the east tower of the citadel forming in the soft, billowing clouds of the autumn sky, and yell: Πρό mοῦ, ὀχύρωμα ἐκ Εὖρος. Visualize the tower falling from the sky. Stamp the Sacred Lance as the visualization of the citadel slams into the ground.

Let the Magician move again to the North, drawing the wall of the citadel along the perimeter of their immediate universe to complete the circle to the north tower of the citadel.
Withdrawal into Refuge
Let the Magician then retire back to the center of their immediate universe in the Sign of Silence and there remain until they have felt the wind blowing from the Four Corners of their Universe in harmony with their Will.
They may end with the Triangle of Refuge as before.
